This Terms of Services (“Terms”) set forth the legally binding terms and conditions for your use of the xGF´S products/services (“Products” or “Services”), this website (“Site”) and/or services, features, content or tools offered by xGF (“we”, “us” or “our”) (collectively and together the “Services”).
Please read Terms carefully before using the http://xgf.app website and/or other features (included but not limited to the AI Bot Voice GF on Telegram). If you do not agree with these Terms or any parts, then you are prohibited and must refrain from using the Services.
By using the Services in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, joining our Telegram chat, using our Bot, you agree to the Terms and all other operating rules, policies and procedures that may be published from time to time on the Site by us without notice to you.
These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including, without limitation, users who are contributors of content, information, and other materials or services, registered or otherwise.
You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under age 18, you may not, under any circumstances or for any reason, use the Services or participate in any other activities related to the xGF Project. You are solely responsible for ensuring that these Terms are in compliance with all laws, rules and regulations applicable to you. Further, the Services are offered only for your use, and not for the use or benefit of any third party (more detailed: 5. Ownership) .
The availability of the Services is limited to users in specific jurisdictions who are legally permitted to use them. By using the Services, you confirm that you will abide by all relevant laws, including local, state, federal, and other applicable regulations. In addition, you acknowledge and guarantee that:
We have developed the next level AI BOT Voice GF (“Bot”) on Telegram for the community holders to use. We've taken the concept of a virtual GF to a whole new level, infusing it with a delightful dose of memes, humour, and entertainment. You shall not use the Bot for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to harassment, stalking, or any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations. You shall not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or tamper with the Bot's software or functionality. We may terminate or suspend access to the Bot for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or misuse of the Bot.
AI BOT Voice GF will be available only in Telegram and only for token holders. We reserve the right in our sole direction to remove, edit or modify any features without notice to you.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and xGF regarding your use of the Bot and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
Our token $xGF
Project native token $xGF (“Token”) is available for purchase on Uniswap. In no case xGF Team does not provide you with recommendations to buy cryptocurrencies, sell or hold them.
When purchasing Token, you agree with conditions that you are not purchasing a security or investment, as well as you agree to relieve the Team of any damage and responsibility for any losses or tax liabilities you may incur. You also agree with the fact that when offering the Token, the Team takes no obligation to provide support or services regarding the respective Token.
You should not have any expectations of Token and its Team. Make sure you comply with your local laws and regulations before making any purchase of Token. We do not bear any responsibility for any losses or damages of any kind incurred as a result of using this information or services. Please be aware of the risks related to trading on a financial market connected with the feasible loss of money. In this regard, we kindly recommend you not to trade with money you are not ready to to lose. In any case you take the full responsibility for your investments and trading decisions.
Prohibition of Bot Usage
- You are strictly prohibited from using any kind of automated trading systems, bots including but not limited to sniper bots or other software or technology that can manipulate the price, exploit vulnerabilities, or unfairly benefit from the project token.
- You shall not engage in any activity that disrupts or compromises the integrity of the project token, the project ecosystem, or the platform on which the project token is hosted.
Violation of the bot usage restriction may result in consequences such as freezing or confiscation of project tokens, suspension of access to the Services. The project reserves the right to investigate any suspicious or fraudulent activities related to the project token and take appropriate action based on its findings.
Price Manipulation
- You shall not engage in any activity that artificially manipulates the price or market conditions of the project token.
- You shall not engage in pump-and-dump schemes, wash trading, front-running, sniping, or any other manipulative practices that can create a false or misleading market for the project token.
We may collect and process certain personal data from you in connection with your use of the Bot. Our data practices are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By using the Bot, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property related to and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site, AI BOT voice GF, features, modifications, and derivative works thereof, as between you and us, shall remain the sole property of the xGF Project. You shall not take any action that would violate, jeopardise or impair such intellectual property or ownership rights, or the legality and/or enforceability thereof. The products and related intellectual property are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws and other applicable law.
We have no special relationship with or fiduciary duty to you. You acknowledge that we have no duty to take any action regarding:
- your trading results;
- what Content you access via the Site; or
- how you may interpret or use the Content.
You release us from all liability for you having acquired or not acquired Content through the Site. We make no representations concerning any Content contained in or accessed through the Site, and we will not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, copyright compliance, or legality of material or Content contained in or accessed through the Site.
You acknowledge that: (a) none of the information contained on the Site or made available through the Site constitutes a solicitation, offer, opinion, endorsement, or recommendation by the xGF project to buy, hold or sell any security or to provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice or services, regarding the profitability or suitability of any security or investment; and (b) the information provided on the Site is not intended for use by, or distribution to, any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such use or distribution would be contrary to law or regulation.
THE SERVICES AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”, “AS AVAILABLE” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, BY ANY COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, ALL OF WHICH ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED. WE, AND OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, PARTNERS AND CONTENT PROVIDERS DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (a) THE PRODUCTS WILL BE SECURE OR AVAILABLE AT ANY PARTICULAR TIME OR LOCATION; (b) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (c) ANY CONTENT OR THIRD PARTY LINKS AVAILABLE AT OR THROUGH THE PRODUCTS IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS; OR (IV) THE RESULTS OF PLAYING THE PRODUCTS WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.
